Check out this cover from All New XMEN 09! Lines by Stuart Immonen and Wade VonGrawbadger!
Stuart did a great composition which was calling for DRAMA.
I wanted to use a different palette, one that i had not use on any other previous cover of this series. So i went for green, and if you know me, you know i love green.

I normally have a hard time working with Green (not sure why I don't like it most of the time) but you really make it work. I'm gonna need to look at some of your past work again to see how it's done right!

BTW, I think your colors have really made a lot of the Marvel books you work on really stand out. I've worked with David Curiel in the past and he's the one that introduced me to your work and I'm really glad he did!

love the way you mix photorealism without covering inks and pencils, or making the picture too dark. I definitely love your style.
